I have decided to rekindle my interest
in photography following several decades during which it was parked to one side
while I followed different interests in building extreme 4x4 vehicles and
organising winch challenge competitions.
During 2009 I made a decision to move away from actively participating in
offroading and have been winding down my involvement in the organising of
challenge events, this has allowed me to devote more time to my latest venture -
Ruftraks Photography.
During the 70's I spent huge amounts of
time following the Special Stage Rally scene, capturing thousands of images,
many being sold and also published in the mags of the time.
I am hoping to increase the time spent at various events during 2011 as the
skills once more return.
The first serious event I attended was the Baskeville last November and I have
loaded some pictures further down this page. It is not my intention to limit the
scope of my photography purely to motorsport, so expect to see a wide & varied
range of images appearing on this site.
As with all businesses it is the aim to sell ones produce and Ruftraks will be delighted to accept payment for any images you wish to purchase - costs, however, during 2011 will be open to negotiation as this aspect of the business evolves.
We have the facilites to print up to A3+ in high quality colour and these prints can be framed as desired. Please remember that the pictures below are loaded at a very low resolution and the originals will be a much better quality!
